The Program for Intellectual Empowerment (PIE) is a community-centered organization dedicated to enriching neurodivergent individuals through holistic, neuroscience-based support.

All academic programs utilize the Neuro-semantic Language Learning Theory

Since 2018, PIE has been dedicated to empowering individuals with autism and developmental disabilities through inclusive programs and creative opportunities. Our approach fosters connection, self-expression, and growth by bridging the gap between neurodivergent and neurotypical communities. We believe in creating spaces where everyone can thrive, learn, and be celebrated.

Ages 4-12

Supplemental academic program on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, 9:00 AM-12:00 PM. Curriculum focused on communication, appropriate behaviors, and elementary-level academics.

 RISE Ages 12-17*

Reaching Individual Success in Education. Full-time academic program for high schoolers, Monday-Friday 9:00 AM-3:30 PM.

SOAR 18+*

Shaping Opportunities for Achievement and Readiness. Life-skills and employment-focused program for adults 18 and older. Support through career search and continuing education at local universities.

*The age ranges on our all of our programs, in particular RISE, can be flexible to accommodate clients with teacher discretion.

He was having a lot of sensory and emotional meltdowns and was not able to learn anything. He would even refuse to go to school sometimes. Now it's incredible to see him thriving and learning at PIE.
